Overcoming Petrochemical Challenges

Petrochemical environments present uniquely aggressive conditions — corrosive acids, extreme temperatures, exotic material requirements, and strict emission regulations. Our valves are engineered to address each one.

Corrosion Resistance for Aggressive Media

Petrochemical streams frequently contain concentrated acids (H₂SO₄, HF, HCl), caustic solutions, and chloride-rich environments. Our valves are available in Alloy 20, Hastelloy C-276, and Duplex 2205 to resist pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular attack.

High-Temperature Cracking & Thermal Cycling

Cracking furnaces and reformer units operate at sustained temperatures exceeding +550°C with frequent thermal cycles. Inconel 625 and Alloy 800H trims maintain seal integrity and structural strength across extreme temperature ranges.

Exotic Alloy Material Expertise

We stock and machine exotic alloys including Alloy 20, Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, Duplex 2205, and Super Duplex 2507. Full positive material identification (PMI) and mill certificate traceability on every order.

Fugitive Emission & Environmental Control

ISO 15848-1 tested low-emission packing and stem seals minimise volatile organic compound (VOC) leakage to meet EPA Method 21 and TA-Luft requirements, helping petrochemical facilities maintain regulatory compliance.
