Valve Bodies
Open and closed die forged valve bodies in carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. Multi-axis CNC machined to final dimensions with full dimensional inspection reports.
Bonnets & Covers
Bolted bonnet, pressure seal bonnet, and welded bonnet assemblies. Precision bore machining for stem guidance and packing retention with controlled surface finishes.
Stems & Shafts
Solid and hollow forged stems with integral or separate back-seat. Ground and polished to Ra 0.4 or better on sealing surfaces. Rolled or cut threads per ASME standards.
Discs & Gates
Solid wedge, flexible wedge, slab gate, and ball components. Stellite hard-facing on seating surfaces for extended service life. Precision lapping for metal-to-metal sealing.
Flanges
Weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, and threaded flanges to ASME B16.5, B16.47, and API 6A. Ring joint and raised face finishes precision machined.
Fittings & Specials
Forged tees, elbows, reducers, unions, and custom-engineered transition pieces. Designed and produced to customer drawings and specifications.
